I founded Amplify Inclusion with a clear mission: to bring about genuine social change.

My decade of experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) has taught me that DEIA can be a vital tool for creating a better world, but that it’s in need of some serious transformation.

In a rapidly changing context, our approach to inclusion must evolve to keep up.

Through training, consulting, and speaking, I tackle the true barriers to achieving positive impact, helping your organisation create better cultures (and better worlds) through an intersectional, human rights-based lens.
